The design of the system series Type 8802 continuous ELEMENT enables the easy integration of digital automation modules in all extension stages. From simple basic positioner, high-capacity positioner with optional integrated fieldbus interface to digital process controller with operation via a backlit graphics display. The fully integrated system with control valve and automation unit has a compact and smooth design, integrated pneumatic lines, IP65/67/NEMA 4X degree of protection and superior chemical resistance.

Type 8802-YG : A control valve system Continuous ELEMENT Type 8802-YG consists of an angle-seat control valve Type 2300 and a positioner or process controller.

The program of positioners/process controllers consists of:

  • A digital electropneumatic positioner or process controller Type 8692/8693 (for valve actuator size Ø 70/90/130 mm)
  • A digital electropneumatic positioner Basic Type 8694 (for valve actuator size Ø 70/90/130 mm)
  • A digital electropneumatic positioner Basic Type 8696 (for valve actuator size Ø 50 mm)
  • An electropneumatic positioner SideControl Type 8792 or an electropneumatic process controller SideControl Type 8793 (for valve actuator size Ø 70/90/130 mm) and a remote sensor Type 8798

Type 8802-GD : A control valve system Continuous ELEMENT Type 8802-GD consists of a globe control valve Type 2301 and a positioner or process controller.

The program of positioners/process controllers consists of:

  • A digital electropneumatic positioner or process controller Type 8692/8693 (for valve actuator size Ø 70/90/130/225 mm)
  • A digital electropneumatic positioner Basic Type 8694 (for valve actuator size Ø 70/90/130/225 mm)
