Working Principle
There are tubes located in both end of cylinder. Air is compressed into the tube to push the piston from one side to the other side. Vibration causes a back and forth motion of the piston in the body. The air cushion at the ends of the vibrator keeps the piston from directly striking onto the body, producing less noise.
This piston vibrator is an air-cushioned type so it produces little noise. It is a good solution to shake off attachment on the tank wall and for application that requires quietness. It can also be designed to apply on a vibrating separator and conveyer.
